Spicy Mead. Capsicumel (chili pepper mead). A sweet and spicy honey wine made with our local wildflower honey and double-smoked chipotle peppers. Notes of honeysuckle, vanilla beans, and mesquite are followed by a fiery chipotle finish. Best served chilled.

My all time favorite wine. I tried this wine for the very first time about 2 years ago at Thirsty bee meadery. I bought 2 bottles of wine after trying a glass. I asked for your information once I knew how to find this wine. This is my second time buying this wine online and I always make sure I buy 5-6 bottles.
