Store Policy

Please open all shipments promptly (24-48 hours) from time received. Dancing Bee Winery will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. Please send an email to info@dancingbeewinery.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
 
Unopened Defective or Damaged Items - 
 
Any unopened defective or damaged bottle must be reported via email to Dancing Bee Winery within the first 5 business days of receiving the shipment. Send a report to info@dancingbeewinery.com with the following information included:
 
Proof of Purchase (invoice/receipt)
•Name and Contact Information (email and phone number)
•Description of the defective or damaged items
 
Once we have received the report, we will send you a conformation email ensure you that we have received the report--if you do not receive a conformation email than we have not received the email. You have 30 days from the time you receive your conformation email to send us back the defective or damaged item(s) at your cost. Ship the items to the following address:

Dancing Bee Winery cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. We advise you to obtain a tracking number. Original shipping charges are not refundable and items that are shipped back are at your cost. 
 
Once we have received the returned shipment, we will refund you in the amount of the defective or damaged product. Exchanges can be made only if you pay for shipping of the exchanged product. We must receive the items that you are returning or exchanging within the first 30 days a report is made or reports are no longer valid. 
 
Missing or Incorrect Items Found
 
Please call or email us right when your order arrives if a packing error occurred; please fax (254.983.2337) or email (info@dancingbeewinery.com) your invoice or conformation number, contact information, and a description of what  happened. We allow 5 business days from time package arrives to notify us.
 
If you are missing a product, and a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately with no additional shipping charges.
 
For incorrect items, we will email or mail you a return label to ship us back the incorrect items. Items must not have been opened or used. Once we have received the returned item, we will ship the correct items back to you at no additional shipping cost. The returned item must be in the same condition as it was received in order to receive an exchange. 
 
Unsatisfied Opened Products
 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of the purchases to return the product for an exchange or refund. You must physically return an open bottle of wine (recorked) to our store location (Dancing Bee Winery, 8060 E US HWY 190, Rogers, Texas 76569) along with your receipt in order to exchange or refund the bottle of wine. Upon review, we will evenly exchange the product or refund your money excluding the shipping cost. Original shipping cost in nonrefundable.
